Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of this website, operated by Sokai Sciences LLC ("Sokai Sciences," "we," "us"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old to purchase from this site. By placing an order, you certify that you are acquiring products solely for laboratory research use by a qualified professional or institution — not for personal, human, or veterinary consumption.
Research Use Only
All products sold on this site are intended for laboratory and research use only. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, or cosmetics, have not been evaluated by the FDA, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. We do not provide dosing, administration, or reconstitution instructions, and nothing on this site should be interpreted as medical advice or a recommendation for human use.
Orders & Payment
Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Placing an order does not charge you immediately: we follow up by email with a secure payment link, and your order is not processed for fulfillment until that payment is completed.

Text Messaging (SMS) Program
By checking the "Sign up for exclusive news and offers via text" box at checkout, you consent to receive recurring marketing text messages from Sokai Sciences at the phone number you provided, including messages sent by automated technology. This checkbox is unchecked by default and is entirely optional — consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service, and declining it does not affect your ability to complete an order.

- You are responsible for notifying us of any change to the phone number you provided for this program.
This consent is separate from, and does not affect, any use of your phone number for non-marketing purposes connected to an order you place (for example, a shipping carrier contacting you about delivery). See our Privacy Policy for how we handle phone numbers generally.

Prohibited Uses
- Using or representing our products as intended for human or animal consumption.
- Reselling products as a drug, supplement, or cosmetic.
- Making medical, therapeutic, or health claims about our products.
- Purchasing on behalf of, or providing products to, anyone who has not agreed to these terms.
Intellectual Property
The Sokai Sciences name, logo, and site content are our property or used with permission. You may not use them without our prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sokai Sciences is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products, including any use outside the research purpose for which they are sold.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Sokai Sciences harmless from any claim arising from your misuse of our products or violation of these terms, including any use inconsistent with the research-use certification you provide at checkout.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
