Refund & Returns Policy
All Sales Are Final
Due to the specialized handling and quality-control standards required for research materials, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not offer refunds, except in the limited circumstances described below. We do not accept returns of any opened, used, or altered product under any circumstances.
Exceptions
We will provide a replacement or refund, at our discretion, in the following limited cases — provided you contact us within 7 days of the delivery date:
- Wrong item shipped — you received a product different from what you ordered.
- Defective or damaged item — the product arrived damaged or compromised (e.g., broken vial, compromised seal) due to a packaging or fulfillment error on our part.
- Missing item — an item from your order was not included in your shipment.
To request a resolution under these exceptions, email support@sokaisciences.io with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item(s) and packaging as received. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved resolutions are issued as a replacement or refund to your original payment method, at our discretion.
What Is Not Covered
- Orders cancelled after shipment.
- Packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit after being handed to the carrier — see our Shipping Policy; this is a carrier matter, not a fulfillment error.
- Buyer's remorse, ordering the wrong product by mistake, or products no longer needed.
- Any product that has been opened, used, or is missing its original seal.
- Delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the issue was caused by our error. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to post to your account.
Chargebacks
If you have an issue with your order, please contact us first at support@sokaisciences.io so we can resolve it directly. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account and delay resolution.
Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
